Ginger Shields has worked in the Real Estate space for 20 years, not only in Idaho but all over the country. When she is not working, Ginger enjoys exploring the great state of Idaho, hiking, and skiing. She also appreciates the cultural variety that Boise has to offer with the growing art scene, new restaurants, and local festivals around the area. Because her father was a pilot, she was able to travel around the entire state and discover all the hidden gems Idaho has to offer. She loves the community of the Treasure Valley, so much so that she returned to the area after living in Las Vegas, Nevada for several years.

Jason Jackson

Starting my real estate career in the fall of 1998 in newly constructed homes, I worked with numerous builders, helping to perfect optimal spec homes to maximize sales. Our manly on-site sales staff was very successful in connecting new home buyers with builders who wanted to produce a quality new home that fit the buyer’s lifestyle needs. We worked with hundreds of new home buyers for an approximately 10 year period. Around 2008, when the real estate market was contracting, my focus changed to working with REO asset managers to help move homes acquired due to foreclosure. Many home sellers found themselves in situations with properties that had lost a great deal of value during the downturn, boasting my focus on helping sellers work with lenders through the short-sale process to sale their homes.

Being in Idaho we have a very strong agriculture industry and I have worked with many farmers to help them find the acreage that fits their demographic and yield needs for maximized production.

My sister and I are members of the Limited Liability Corporation working under the Superior Realty LLC. Being the Designated Broker for Superior Realty LLC, our agent and I want to provide all buyers and sellers the best service possible in Idaho.
